While my programmes are bespoke to your experience level, they will challenge you. Because that's where change happens. Donkey kicks alone won't get you a booty, and crunches (however popular) are not a standalone way to reach your goals.
But it's all part of the journey to feel more confident and more comfortable. And as a working mother of three, I'm here to tell you you do have the time, you just need someone to understand - I mean, really understand - how hectic life can get and things don't always go as planned.
